目的研究分析下颌覆盖全口义齿修复使用磁性附着体的临床效果以及美观性。方法 108例进行下颌覆盖全口义齿修复患者,按照数字表法分成磁性附着体组(60例)及球帽附着体组(48例),两组患者修复后随访12个月,比较两组患者的满意度(舒适性、固位性、咀嚼能力和美观性)以及牙周健康指标(牙龈指数和牙槽骨高度)。结果磁性附着体组患者的舒适性及固位性优于球帽附着体组(P<0.05);磁性附着体组患者的咀嚼能力、美观性与球帽附着体组相近(P>0.05);磁性附着体组患者牙龈指数、牙槽骨高度均优于球帽附着体组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下颌覆盖全口义齿修复使用磁性附着体固位效果更佳,舒适性更好,对基牙牙周组织的健康起到更好的保护作用,修复效果较球帽附着体更为理想,具有广泛的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect and aesthetic appearance of mandibular complete denture repaired with magnetic attachment. Methods One hundred and eight patients underwent complete mandibular complete denture restoration. The patients were divided into magnetic attachment group (60 cases) and ball cap attachment group (48 cases) according to digital table. The patients in both groups were followed up for 12 months. Satisfaction (comfort, retentivity, chewing power and aesthetics), and periodontal health indicators (gingival index and alveolar bone height). Results The comfort and retention of magnetic attachment group were better than that of the cap attachment group (P <0.05). The masticatory and aesthetic appearance of the magnetic attachment group was similar to that of the cap attachment group (P> 0.05). Gingival index and alveolar bone height of the magnetic attachment group were better than that of the ball cap attachment group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The mandibular complete denture with magnetic attachment retains better fixation and better comfort, which has a better protective effect on the periodontal tissues of the abutments. The repairing effect is better than that of the ball cap attachment. A wide range of clinical application value.
