57岁,女。主诉:黄疸,全身搔痒。现病史:从1978年7月25日开始服用青霉素类药物,27日发黄,31日入院。总胆红素11.2mg%(直接胆红素5.5mg%),碱性磷酸酶721国际单位/升,γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ—GTP)970国际单位/升。白细胞总数5100个/mm~3。(嗜酸性白细胞6%)。激素治疗无效。8月25日入院。入院时表现:黄疸,搔痒明显。肝大1.5横指。化验结果:总胆红素36mg%(直接胆红素29.5mg%),碱性磷酸酶945国际单位/升,γ-谷氨酰转肽酶2500国际单位/升以上,胆固醇1385mg%,GOT334单位,GPT1560单位,用氨苄青霉素进行淋巴细胞转化试验为阳性。
