采用He-Ne激光和N2激光辐照小麦干种子,研究小麦L2代主要性状的遗传变异。结果表明,激光和60Co-γ诱变后代的变异程度不同,差异明显。He-Ne激光和N2激光诱变后代的变异随照射时间的增加而加大。不同激光和60Co-γ处理诱变后代的变异大小顺序是:激光与60Co-γ复合处理>60Co-γ处理>激光处理。由籽粒产量、株高及籽粒产量和旗叶长构成的选择指数,其遗传进度的相对效率比籽粒产量直接选择高29.85%和29.08%,且仅涉及两个性状,实用性强,为较优选择指数。
The wheat seeds were irradiated by He-Ne laser and N2 laser to study the genetic variation of the main characters of wheat L2. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the degree of variation among generations of 60Co-γ mutagenesis. The variation of He-Ne laser and N2 laser induced offspring increased with the irradiation time. The variation order of the offsprings of different laser and 60Co-γ treatment was: laser treatment with 60Co-γ> 60Co-γ treatment> laser treatment. The selection index of grain yield, plant height, grain yield and flag leaf length showed that the relative efficiency of genetic progress was 29.85% and 29.08% higher than the direct selection of grain yield, and only two traits were involved, and the practicality was strong , For the better selection index.
