作为医院管理的重要组成部分,医院档案管理对于医院的全面发展具有非常重要的作用。随着信息技术的普及,传统的档案管理模式不断受到新的挑战,在工作中也出现了一些不容乐观的现实问题,如档案管理人员素质不高、工作制度和激励制度不健全、信息化程度不高、开发利用程度不够等。笔者认为要解决这些问题,需在医院档案管理工作中加强以下几方面基础工作。

Some unrealistic practical problems have also emerged in the course of work.
