企业档案是企业宝贵的财富和无形资产,是不可再生的资源,一旦损毁,损失不可估量。为更好地体现档案的价值,使之为企业的生产经营提供服务,就要尽最大的努力保证档案的完整与安全,防止社会和自然界有害因素对档案造成损坏,最大限度地延长档案的寿命。
Enterprise file is the enterprise’s valuable wealth and intangible assets, is a non-renewable resources, once damaged, the loss immeasurable. In order to better reflect the value of archives and make them serve the production and operation of an enterprise, it is necessary to exert utmost efforts to ensure the integrity and safety of archives so as to prevent damage caused to the archives by harmful factors of society and nature and maximize the lifespan of archives .
