中国人民解放军是一支具有光荣文化传统、用先进文化武装起来的队伍,在80多年的奋斗历程中,培育形成了井冈山精神、长征精神、延安精神、雷锋精神、“两弹一星”精神和载人航天精神等光耀千秋的革命精神,生动体现了人民军队的光荣传统和精神风貌。人民军队历来重视军营文化建设,一部军史,从某种意义上说也是军营文化建设和发展史。军营文化是部队的灵魂,是推动部队健康发展的不竭动力;健康向上的军营文化,是军人精神的火炬,军队奋进的号角。军营文化建设的根本任务在于培育军人核心价值观,孕育战斗精神、激励军心士气。在新的历史条件下,大力推进军营文化建设,是提高部队战斗力、更好地履行历史使命的时代要求,对于人民军队筑牢军魂、永葆本色,始终做到听党指挥,“打得赢、不变质”具有重要意义。为此,本刊特开辟“军营文化”栏目,旨在展示人民解放军各部队如何探索创新新时期军营文化的活力与“突破”之道,发挥军营文化建设在部队全面建设中的推进作用。
