Drink a cup of black tea, eat a piece of chocolate, this is not only a leisure, but also a healthy habit. This is a conclusion drawn by a recent Dutch researcher. Many studies have pointed out that tea less cardiovascular disease and cancer, because tea, especially black tea contains oxidants catechins. Therefore, tea is always classified as good healthy food and encouraged to drink daily. Different from what we usually think, chocolate actually contains a wealth of antioxidant catechins.
