利用计算机技术对铸造工艺进行了优化和设计,对提高铸造工艺设计的质量和效率具有重要意义。KBL(Knowledge-based library)技术因融合了CAD、CAE、KBE(Knowledge Based Engineering)工艺设计技术以及PDM(Product data management)、ERP(Enterprise resource planning)工艺信息管理技术,而在机械、石油、化工等现代工业中得到了广泛应用。提出了基于KBL技术的铸造工艺数字化平台,并探讨了该平台下铸造工艺的设计、优化以及管理流程,以期促进计算机技术在我国铸造行业的应用和发展。
