我反思对蔡冬子的教育过程,很庆幸在课堂上没有采取过激的教育方式。对问题学生的教育,有多少这样的例子,由于师生之间缺乏理解,老师持的先入为主的观点,采取了简单甚至粗暴的教育方式,更加重学生的逆反心理,固守住了他们的不良的习惯,在学习和学做人的道理上硬是把学生推上了一条不归之路。对这样的学生,需要我们做教育工作的要耐下心来,对学生充满爱,在学生心灵播撒希望的种子,采取灵活的教育手段,开启他们的心智,唤起他们善良的人性,使他们不断向上。
I reflect on the education process of Chua Tung-chi and I am fortunate not to take any radical education in the classroom. The number of such cases of education for students in question has taken a simple or even violent mode of education due to the lack of understanding between teachers and students and the preconceived notion of teachers. More emphasis has been placed on students’ rebelliousness and their unfavorable Habits, in the study and learn the truth of life just put the students on a road of no return. For such students, we need to be educated, be patient, love our students, sow the seeds of hope in our students’ hearts, adopt flexible educational methods, open up their minds, arouse their kind humanity, and keep them moving upward .
