1.方法:拔牙前测患者血压,然后给予硝苯吡啶20mg舌下含化,2～3分钟后再测血压,若血压降至20/12kPa以内,即可行拔牙术。若血压没有降到正常范围以内,将含化时间延续到15～30分钟。
1. Methods: pre-extraction blood pressure test, and then give nifedipine sublingual 20mg, 2 to 3 minutes after the test of blood pressure, if the blood pressure dropped to 20 / 12kPa less, that is, dental extraction. If the blood pressure did not fall below the normal range, the holding time was extended to 15 to 30 minutes.
