对14例正常儿童及17例早搏患儿进行了心血池显像及相位分析,并与心肌酶、心电图等检查进行了对比性研究。结果示早搏患儿LVEF、PER、rEF及心室相角程均低于正常组,尤以心室相角程、sLVEF、aLVEF最灵敏,且异常变化的程度最显著,分别高于或低于正常均值的43.5%、47.6%及28.4%。有频发早搏、CPK-MB≥16U/ml,早搏ORS-T综合波≥0.36秒,R—R′/R—R<0.65者均有心功能降低,需积极治疗。
14 cases of normal children and 17 cases of premature beats in children with cardiac pool imaging and phase analysis, and with myocardial enzymes, ECG and other tests conducted a comparative study. The results showed that the LVEF, PER, rEF and ventricular phase angle of premature beats were all lower than those of normal group, especially the ventricular phase angle, sLVEF and aLVEF were the most sensitive and the most significant abnormal changes were above and below the normal mean Of 43.5%, 47.6% and 28.4%. There are frequent premature beats, CPK-MB≥16U / ml, premature beat ORS-T integrated wave ≥0.36 seconds, R-R ’/ R-R <0.65 have decreased cardiac function, requiring active treatment.
