目的 观察自体角膜缘上皮移植联合5—氟脲嘧啶治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 对27例(眼)行自体角膜缘上皮移植联合5氟脲嘧啶处理植床。结果 随访1～14个月,平均7.8个月.术后复发1例。结论 自体角膜缘上皮移植联合5氟脲嘧啶治疗是治疗胬肉的良好方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of limbal epithelial autotransplantation combined with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 27 cases (eyes) underwent corneal limbal autograft combined with 5-fluorouracil to treat the implant. The results were followed up for 1 to 14 months, an average of 7.8 months postoperative recurrence in 1 case. Conclusion Autologous corneal limbal epithelial transplantation with 5-fluorouracil is a good treatment for pterygium.
