作者用体外淋巴细胞对植物血凝素(PHA)反应的方法,观察慢性淋巴细胞性白血病(GLL——下同)病人的细胞免疫状态。44例病人、缓解期者18例(4例完全缓解、14例部分缓解),进行期者26例。

The authors used in vitro lymphocytes to phytohemagglutinin (PHA) reaction method to observe the cellular immune status of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (GLL - the same below). Forty-four patients were in remission in 18 patients (4 with complete remission, 14 with partial remission) and 26 with progression.
