专兼结合教学团队建设是深化高职教育教学改革,全面提高人才培养质量,实现高职院校创新发展的重要举措。目前,高职教学团队建设主要存在缺乏“系统规划、结构优化、‘双师’质量、服务能力、开放衔接、政策机制”等“六缺乏”问题,究其原因主要是团队自身的觉度不够、校企合作的深度不厚、政策机制的效度不高等原因,提出制订团队建设系统规划,提高团队自身觉度;拓展校企合作领域平台,加深校企合作厚度;加强政策机制环境建设,提高政策机制效度等三方面对策建议。
It is an important measure to deepen the reform of higher vocational education and teaching, to improve the overall quality of personnel training and to realize the innovation and development of higher vocational colleges.
