针对国产修井机设计中采用传统静态设计方法和对修井机动态特性分析较少等问题,以国产XJ350修井机为研究对象,采用ADAMS机械系统动力学自动分析软件,建立了修井机起升系统在起升和下钻过程中的动力学仿真模型。按照ADAMS仿真算法,对不同井深下以不同挡速起升和下钻时修井机起升系统的承载状况作了分析,得到起升系统中传动轴、大锥齿轮轴、滚筒轴。水刹车轴、钢丝绳和吊环等构件的载荷曲线和动载系数。研究分析表明,仿真试验结果与以往有关试验结果相比,具有相同的变化规律,说明仿真分析结果是可靠的。但对此项研究尚须进一步加深。
Aiming at the problems of traditional static design method and less analysis on the dynamic characteristics of workover rig, the domestic XJ350 workover rig is taken as the research object. ADAMS mechanical system dynamics automatic analysis software is used to establish the workover rig Dynamic Simulation Model of Hoisting System During Lifting and Drilling. According to the ADAMS simulation algorithm, the bearing conditions of the workover rig lifting system under different well depths under different gear speeds are analyzed, and the transmission shaft, the bevel gear shaft and the drum shaft in the lifting system are obtained. Water brake shaft, wire rope and rings and other components of the load curve and dynamic load factor. Research and analysis show that the simulation results have the same variation compared with the previous experimental results, which shows that the simulation results are reliable. However, this study still needs to be further deepened.
