“罗森塔尔效应”是教育心理学中的一个概念,常被应用于学校教育中,在竞技体育中很少涉及。本文通过在杭州体校进行游泳基础选材的调查实验,讨论该效应在竞技体育领域中的可应用性,同时希望能够根据此次研究总结出科学有效的教育方法,使做基础选材的教练们能够重视学生的心理发展,不以个人的好恶、平等地对待每一个学生,真正开发出学生对游泳的兴趣,避免埋没那些有天赋的学生。
The Rosenthal effect is a concept in educational psychology, which is often used in school education and rarely in athletics. Based on the investigation of swimming basic material selection in Hangzhou Sports School, this paper discusses the applicability of the effect in the field of competitive sports. At the same time, I hope to summarize the scientific and effective methods of education according to this study, Emphasis on students psychological development, not to personal likes and dislikes, equal treatment of each student, the real development of students’ interest in swimming, to avoid burying those gifted students.
