本文主要采用文献资料法对当前我国高校开展的体育选项课情况进行了综述分析,结果表明:开设体育选项课的教学模式是适应现代体育教育发展趋势的,并且符合当代大学生的运动需求。但应注重体育选项课的课程引导,帮助大学生建立正确的体育观念和健身观念。任课教师应注重培养学生的体育学习技能,同时注意学校体育硬件设施的建设与合理利用。
The paper mainly analyzes the situation of PE Elective Courses conducted by universities in our country by means of literature review. The results show that the teaching mode of PE Elective Courses is to adapt to the development trend of modern PE and meet the demand of contemporary college students. However, we should pay attention to the course guidance of PE Elective Courses to help college students establish the correct concept of sports and fitness. Teachers should pay attention to cultivating students’ PE learning skills, while paying attention to the construction and rational utilization of the school sports hardware facilities.
