宝钢自1985年9月投产后,卫生处下属的保健站均是采用上海市卫生局规定的登、统计台帐及门诊病历对职工的健康状况进行登记管理的。1991在初轧厂对全厂1250名职工的健康档案实行计算机管理,并不断开发及完善对职工健康的动态跟踪管理系统。一、实施过程1.基础材料的整理先将全厂每个职工自1984年来的门诊病志及体检卡进行综合整理、分析,对疑点追踪检查,后做出正确诊断及健康评价。
