1986年底太仓县被确定为江苏省初级卫生保健(PHC)试点县。为了解试点工作的进度和试点规划的达标情况,1989年11月苏州市卫生局组织力量对太仓县初级卫生保健实施情况进行了阶段性评价。现将评价工作情况和评价结果报告如下: 一、评价方法 (一)评价目的 1.了解太仓县初级卫生保健规划目标的阶段性指标(1990年)达标情况; 2.评价为实现规划目标所选择的策略的可行性; 3.通过评价工作进一步使基层卫生管理人员明确初级卫生保健科学管理程序; 4.通过评价工作探索一套科学的、适合于苏州地区特点的初级卫生保健评价方法、内容和程序。
At the end of 1986, Taicang County was identified as the pilot county for primary health care (PHC) in Jiangsu Province. In order to understand the progress of the pilot work and the compliance of the pilot program, in November 1989, the Suzhou Municipal Health Bureau organized a phased evaluation of the implementation of primary health care in Taicang County. The evaluation work and evaluation results are now reported as follows: I. Evaluation Methods (1) Evaluation Objectives 1. To understand the target status of Taicang County primary health care planning targets (1990); 2. Evaluation selected for achieving planning objectives The feasibility of the strategy; 3. Through the evaluation work to enable primary health management personnel to clarify the scientific management process of primary health care; 4. Through the evaluation work to explore a set of scientific, suitable for the characteristics of the Suzhou area of primary health care evaluation methods, content and program.
