为解决文冠果种源不足,播种繁殖后代变异性大和发展速度缓慢等问题,1977年以来,我们和富裕县繁荣公社协作,进行了文冠果嫩茎和茎尖组织离体培养试验。试验中发现有的培养物能直接形成胚状体,发育成小植株。从1978年5月份至今已选育出2个胚性细胞团,经过10次继代培养,仍能保持旺盛的再生能力,同时每月以5—10倍的速度扩大,并能正常分化植株,成苗率达80%。目前,已诱导出完整植株50余株,部分移栽成活,现将试验方法及其结果介绍如下:
In order to solve the problem of insufficient seed germplasm of Xanthocera sorbifolia, the large variation of sowing and breeding offspring and its slow development, we cooperated with prosperity commune of Fuyu County in 1977 and carried out the in vitro culture experiment on the stems and shoots of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. Some cultures found in the experiment can form embryoid bodies directly and develop into plantlets. Since May 1978 has been bred two embryogenic cell mass, after 10 subcultures, still able to maintain strong regeneration capacity, while the monthly 5-10 times the speed of expansion, and the normal differentiation of plants, Seedling rate of 80%.
