近年来,为了提高生产率,缩短辅助操作时间,在薄带冷轧机组和各种精整机组中的卷取机上,已普遍采用了皮带助卷器。其主要形式有:水平移动式,垂直移动式和摆动式等。本文仅就助卷器设计中的几个主要参数——皮带张力的计算、板带材第一图卷取时的临界角计算、助卷器可退出工作的条件等进行了分析和推导计算,并提出设计计算的参考公式,供设计和使用时参考。
