在研究黑色金属相变问题时,常常需要预先对马氏体转变开始温度(M,点)有所了解。在马氏体相变领域中,对那些促进孪生机制的主要因素还存在着很大的争议。业已提出,M_s温度起着重要作用——降低M_s温度将增加相变孪生几率。M_s温度也对钢的韧性有直接影响,具有较高M_s温度的淬大钢,常具有位错型的板条马氏体,并且经历明显的自回火过程,这两个因素都对韧性有益。
When studying the problem of phase transition in ferrous metals, it is often necessary to know in advance the starting temperature (M, point) of the martensitic transformation. In the field of martensitic transformation, there is still much debate about the main factors that promote twinning. It has been proposed that M_s temperature plays an important role - reducing the M_s temperature will increase the twin probability of phase transition. The M_s temperature also has a direct effect on the toughness of the steel. Quenched steel with higher M_s temperatures, often with dislocation-lath martensite, undergoes significant self-tempering, both of which are beneficial to toughness .
