本文对H13热作模具钢CD渗碳层的某些性能以及用作冷模具的可能性作了试验,分析了实现CD渗碳的条件。现场应用表明,H13钢CD渗碳后,可显著提高模具寿命。
In this paper, some properties of CD carburized layer of H13 hot work die steel and the possibility of using it as a cold die were tested. The conditions of CD carburizing were analyzed. Field application shows that H13 steel CD after carburizing, can significantly improve die life.
