目的 寻求婴幼儿泪囊炎的最佳治疗方法。方法 将 15 4例 183眼婴幼儿泪囊炎患者分为两组 ,分别进行加压冲洗法和泪道探通法治疗。结果 7眼经加压冲洗法治愈 ,治愈率为 2 3.3% ;147眼经泪道探通法治愈 ,治愈率 96.1%。结论 探通法疗效明显优于加压冲洗法
Objective To seek the best treatment for infantile dacryocystitis. Methods One hundred and forty-four cases of 183 infants with dacryocystitis were divided into two groups and treated with pressure flushing and lacrimal passage probing respectively. Results Seven eyes were cured by pressure washing, the cure rate was 23.3%. 147 eyes were cured by lacrimal passage probing and the cure rate was 96.1%. Conclusion The method of probing is better than that of pressure washing
