3Dfx Interactive announced that it expects fourth-quarter sales of at least twice its previous estimate due to its impressive sales of both Voodoo Graphics and Voodoo Rush products (Prior to that, the company expects sales to be higher than the previous A quarter of 100 million US dollars increased by 40%). The immediate consequence of the surge in sales is to make the demand far beyond the manager’s original expectations. The company has previously found that their reserves could become a major factor affecting sales in the fourth quarter.
