在水泥生产中,对各种原料配比要求很严。我厂以前没有计量设施,工人全凭经验调节原料配比和估计产量。结果,水泥质量不稳定;估产没有科学根据;设备能力也得不到充分发挥。为了摆脱这种落后局面,我们试制成“电子自动配料秤”。经过一年多的运行,证明已经收到了预期的效果。所用的设备是在每台磨机上配一台营口仪器三厂生产的GGD-41型数字电子秤;自行设计了程序控制部分,采用鞍山仪表元件三厂生产的硅管逻辑元件组装成“程序控制器”;主回路采用3CT20A可控硅控制。总成本共约八千元。系统工作过程:如图1所示,受料斗挂在电子秤一次传感元件——压头上。共用三个传感器,受力尽量均匀。当受料斗内无料时,传感
In cement production, the ratio of various raw materials is very strict. In the past, there was no metering facility in our factory. The workers totally adjusted the raw material ratio and the estimated output based on experience. As a result, the quality of cement is unstable; there is no scientific basis for estimating production; and equipment capabilities are not fully exploited. In order to get rid of this backward situation, we try made “electronic automatic batching scales.” After more than a year of operation, we have proved that we have received the expected result.
