丽政办发〔2013〕159号莲都区人民政府,市政府直属各单位:《城市公交IC卡优惠及鼓励公务人员带头乘用公共交通工具方案》已经市政府第23次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请认真组织实施。城市公交IC卡优惠及鼓励公务人员带头乘用公共交通工具方案为倡导低碳生活和绿色出行,吸引和鼓励广大市民、政府机关和企事业单位干部职工乘用公共交通工具出行,进一步缓解市区交通拥堵,减少尾气污染,保护市区生态环境,根据《丽水市区治理拥堵保障畅通工作实施方案》(丽政办发〔2012〕177号)精神,特制定本方案。一、优惠卡种及优惠幅度(一)畅通卡。
