有效的学习途径是高校建设学习型党组织求真务实的基础之功。当前,部分高校还存在对学习内涵理解片面、理论要求“大而全”、形式主义学习等现象,要扭转这个现象,则需发挥党员领导干部的组织、推动和引领作用;突出学习活动的针对性和时效性;注重分类引导,创新学习方式,提高学习吸引力和实效性;不断拓展学习活动阵地和平台,建立健全有效学习的长效机制。
