中国钨业协会冶炼分会举办的离子交换法钨冶炼学习班和钨湿法冶炼中间控制化学分析学习班于一九八六年十二月十日在湘东钨矿开学。经过九天学习,于十二月十八日结束,参加学习的有十四个省市三十四个单位,八十二名学员,在钨业协会常务理事胡兆瑞同志亲自组织筹办下,聘请中南工业大学刘茂盛老师,株州硬质合金厂袁衍球、刘云工程师,分别担任离子交换和化学分析两个学习班的授课老师,还请了湖南有色金属研究所杨素卿、杜治坤
