我国目前社会信用秩序有些混乱,这对我国社会主义市场经济秩序危害极大,其原因既有历史的体制方面的,也有运行的政策操作方面的,还有法制方面的。建立健全我国信用体系是一个复杂的系统工程,除了加强信用道德教育、增强全民信用意识外,还要强化法制保障构建有效信用制度,这也是我国信用体系建设的关键所在。
At present, there is some chaos in the social credit order in our country, which is extremely detrimental to the socialist market economic order in our country. The reason for this is both historical and institutional aspects as well as legal and operational aspects of running the economy and the legal system. Establishing and perfecting our country’s credit system is a complicated systematic project. Apart from strengthening credit ethics education and enhancing the people’s credit awareness, we must also strengthen the legal guarantee and establish an effective credit system, which is also the key to the construction of our credit system.
