这个花园,那个别墅,报纸上广告一版一版地登,可普通百姓只是远远地望着——这房子不会属于他们。一平方米近万元的房价,在中国,不要说仅足温饱的家庭,就是小康之家也无福消受。房屋开发商们的眼睛一个劲地盯着腰缠万贯的“大款”或是来华投资的外商,不足为怪。他们有钱。但是,这一块市场有多大?需要住房如大旱之望云霓的,是普通百姓。可开发商恰恰缺少开发民众需求的眼光。
