全国水土保持工作协调小组于1986年12月5日至8日,在西安召开了“黄河中游水土保持科研工作座谈会”。出席会议的有黄河中游七省、区水利水保部门、水保试验研究所站、有关高等院校、中科院有关研究所等单位的代表和专家,共70多人。会议回顾了“六五”期间黄河中游的水保科研工作,讨论了“七五”期间水保科研的方向和任务。
The Coordination Group for Soil and Water Conservation of China held “Symposium on Scientific Research of Soil and Water Conservation in the Middle Reaches of the Yellow River” in Xi’an from December 5 to December 8, 1986. Attending the meeting were representatives from seven provinces and regions in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, water conservancy and water conservancy departments of the district, the Institute of Soil and Water Conservation Test, representatives of relevant institutions of higher learning and related institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a total of more than 70 participants. The meeting reviewed the research work on soil and water conservation in the middle reaches of the Yellow River during the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” and discussed the orientation and tasks of scientific research on soil and water conservation during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period.
