目的:观察补肾中药方结合辨证用药联合西医应用于糖尿病性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2009年1月~2014年3月期间门诊收入的60例糖尿病性耳聋患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组各30例患者。对照组患者给予西药治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用补肾中药方结合中医辨证治疗。观察两组患者经治疗后的一般情况。结果:经治疗后,研究组临床总有效率为61.5%,对照组为34.8%;研究组患者不同辨证治疗前后在BGP水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后在24h尿糖、2h PG比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗基础上联合补肾中药方结合辨证治疗的临床效果显著,可明显缓解患者症状,改善患者听力,提高了患者生活质量,值得在后期临床中进一步推广及应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic deafness. Methods: Sixty cases of diabetic deafness from January 2009 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object. According to the different treatment methods, the study group and the control group were divided into three groups, 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. The patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation based on the control group. Observe the general situation after treatment of two groups of patients. Results: After treatment, the total clinical effective rate was 61.5% in the study group and 34.8% in the control group. There was significant difference in BGP levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05) There was a significant difference in 24h urine glucose and 2h PG (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Bushen Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect. It can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients, improve the hearing of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth further promotion and application in the later stage of clinical treatment.
