将太湖稻区高抗稻瘟病的主栽品种武粳4号分别与感病品种丽江新团黑谷和苏御糯杂交并回交,获得F1、F2、BC和部分F3世代。3~4叶期采用3个有代表性的稻瘟病菌生理小种ZG1、ZE3和ZA49对不同世代材料进行接种鉴定,根据抗、感分离情况分析抗病亲本的抗病基因组成。结果表明,武粳4号对ZG1、ZE3和ZA493个生理小种的抗性分别由一对显性基因控制。等位性测定表明,武粳3号携带的抗病基因与Pi-km,Pi-ta,Pi-ta2,Pi-kp,Pi-b和Pi-k等已知抗病基因是不等位的。
The main rice variety Wujing 4 with high resistance to rice blast in the Taihu rice region was crossed with the susceptible variety Lijiang Xinduan Black Valley and Suyuunuo to obtain F1, F2, BC and some F3 generations. In the third to the fourth leaf stage, three representative M. grisea physiological races ZG1, ZE3 and ZA49 were used to identify different generations of materials for identification of their resistance genes, and their resistance genes were analyzed based on their resistance and susceptibility. The results showed that the resistance of Wujing 4 to ZG1, ZE3 and ZA493 physiological races were controlled by a pair of dominant genes respectively. The allelopathic test showed that the resistance genes carried by Wujing 3 were not allelic to known resistance genes such as Pi-km, Pi-ta, Pi-ta2, Pi-kp, Pi-b and Pi-k .
