环孢菌素A具有预防小鼠感染曼氏血吸虫的作用,多次皮下注射有较好杀伤发育早期童虫的作用。动物实验显示环孢菌素A可以抑制虫体血红蛋白酶活性。其抗虫机制尚未阐明。
Cyclosporine A has the effect of preventing Schistosoma mansoni infection in mice, and multiple subcutaneous injections have the effect of killing early stage schistosomiasis. Animal experiments show that cyclosporine A can inhibit parasite hemoglobin activity. Its insect resistance mechanism has not been elucidated yet.
