1 简介 采用内齿工具进行齿轮自由珩齿,最早在20世纪80年代被汽车工业所采用。其目的在于通过修整磨后齿面的纹理,以及消除运输过程中造成的磕碰毛刺,从而降低噪声。对于这样的要求,往往通过去除几个微米的珩磨加工余量就可以实现。但这样的加工工艺决定了此类珩齿工艺无法彻底改善齿轮的齿面几何形状。因此齿轮的精度和质量完全取决于珩齿前的精加工工艺,而珩齿工艺仅仅作为附加的或者不是必须的工艺,其作用只能改善齿面纹理,从而略微改善噪声表现。
1 Introduction Gear teeth are freely honing using internal gear, which was first adopted by the automotive industry in the 1980s. Its purpose is to reduce noise by trimming the texture of the toothed surface after grinding and eliminating bump burrs caused during transport. For such requirements, often by removing a few microns honing allowance can be achieved. However, this processing technology determines that this type of gear honing technology can not completely improve the gear tooth surface geometry. Therefore, the accuracy and quality of the gear depend entirely on the finishing process before honing, while the honing process is only used as an additional or unnecessary process. Its function can only improve the tooth surface texture and slightly improve the noise performance.
