目的 :观察前列腺素E1 ((PGE1 )治疗老年性脑梗塞的疗效 ,寻找老年性脑梗塞超早期治疗的新对策。方法 :应用PGE1 与维脑路通治疗老年性脑梗塞 6 0例 ,对比疗效。结果 :PGE1 治疗组的治愈率、显效率明显高于维脑路通治疗组。结论 :PGE1 能有效治疗老年性脑梗塞 ,其疗效优于维脑路通。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction and to search for a new strategy of ultra-early treatment of senile cerebral infarction.Methods: Sixty patients with senile cerebral infarction were treated with PGE1 and Venoruton. Results: The cure rate and markedly effective rate of PGE1 group were significantly higher than those of Verapamil group.Conclusion: PGE1 can effectively treat senile cerebral infarction, and its curative effect is superior to that of Viagra.
