本文提出了一种新的OTA 结构。这种结构可以使OTA 的线性输入范围有很大的改善。用这种OTA 和电容器制成了单片集成滤波器.实验结果表明,滤波器的频率调节范围已超过了三个数量级.
This paper presents a new OTA structure. This structure can greatly improve the linear input range of OTA. A monolithic integrated filter was fabricated using this OTA and capacitor.The experimental results show that the frequency of the filter has been adjusted by more than three orders of magnitude.
