目的进一步研究热应激蛋白(HSPs)的诱导合成情况。方法从动物实验、人体模拟实验和现场劳动卫生学三方面,研究了耐热保健饮料对小鼠HSPs的表达、蓄积和定位分布及模拟实验人体、高温作业人群淋巴细胞HSPs的水平。结果饮料组与对照组相比,小鼠HSP27、HSP70的合成量增加,且在不同时相蓄积量多于对照组,耐力试验平均衰竭时间延长,减少了体内血乳酸的蓄积;模拟高温作业受试者和现场高温作业工人HSPs水平均高于对照组。结论此耐热保健饮料能诱导体内HSPs的合成,减轻疲劳,提高机体的免疫功能,使机体能更好地获得热耐受性
Objective To further study the synthesis of heat stress proteins (HSPs). Methods The expression, accumulation and localization of HSPs in HSP mice were studied from three aspects: animal experiment, human body simulation experiment and on-site labor hygiene. The HSPs levels in simulated human body and high temperature workers were also studied. Results Compared with the control group, the amounts of HSP27 and HSP70 were increased in the beverage group and more in the control group than in the control group. The average failure time in the endurance test was prolonged and the accumulation of lactate in the body decreased. The HSPs levels of the test workers and field workers were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion This heat-resistant health beverage can induce the synthesis of HSPs in vivo, reduce fatigue, enhance the body’s immune function and make the body better able to achieve the heat tolerance
