一是驻村工作与提高农民科技文化素质相结合。引导各工作队在办实事、好事,打开工作局面的基础上,以创办农民科技学校、组织科技服务团、办农业科技培训班、建立科技示范基地等形式,转变农民思想观念,强化市场意识,全面提高农民群众思想素质、科技文化素质和民主法制意识。 二是驻村工作与“三讲一树”相结合。深入开展“讲文明、讲卫生、讲科学、树新风”活动,消除不文明行为,美化生活环境。 三是驻村工作与“十星级文明户、文明村”评定相结合。
First, work in the village and improve the quality of science and technology of farmers combined.
