迄今为止,对于油菜的品质性状,除了含油量这一性状在国内外的研究报道较多外,蛋白质含量和硫甙(硫代葡萄糖甙)总量的遗传研究在国外的报道也很少,在国内还没见正式的报道。目前许多单位都相继开始了油菜的品质育种工作,就其几个主要的品质性状的遗传行为与规律,有必要进行一些研究和了解。国外有的研究者认为,蛋白质和含油量的总量选择要比对这两者单独进行选择更为有效,本文对这个问题进行了讨论。
