除颤是心室颤动唯一的病因治疗,除颤越早,病人存活的机率就越大。为缩短病人院外复苏心脏停止至首次除颤之间的间期,在美国和其他无院外急救医疗系统的国家,将除颤权授于受过相应培训的急救站人员,在医生的监督下执行。 在德国柏林和慕尼黑已进行了急救站人员首先除颤的规范化,并已有成果报导。但尚无急救站人员除颤与目前常规治疗制度(除颤由急救医生执行)相比较的前瞻性研究。
Defibrillation is the only cause of ventricular fibrillation treatment, defibrillation the earlier, the greater the chance of survival of patients. In order to reduce the time between the resuscitation of a patient’s heart and the initial defibrillation, in the United States and other countries that do not have an out-of-hospital emergency medical system, defibrillation is granted to appropriately trained first aid station personnel under the supervision of doctors. First aid station personnel in Berlin, Germany, and Munich have standardized defibrillation first and have reported results. However, there is no prospective study of first aid station defibrillation compared with the current conventional treatment regime (defibrillation performed by emergency physicians).
