某钢厂低压锅炉自1985年投产以来,投停燃料或切换燃料过程中,一直采用的是日方操作手顺书上规定的,先投入下段所需燃料的燃烧器,再投入上段所需燃料的燃料器,然后停用上段已不再需要的燃料燃料器,再停用下段已不需要的燃料燃烧器的操作方法。这样往往会引起短时间炉内燃料量热值及品种燃烧过多,引起炉内燃烧变化剧烈,造成主汽压力过高,炉膛压力波动,炉内燃烧严重缺氧,风量调节过慢,主汽温度变化过大,汽包水位急剧上升,水循环加快等后果,而且某钢厂低压锅炉燃料切换操作频繁,长此以往会降低锅炉使用寿命。
