当今全球保险市场正呈现出“冰火两重天”的局面。美国保险业巨头疾病缠身,而亚洲特别是中国,保险业却以惊人的速度持续增长了20年。经过长时间的高速发展后,必然会遇到发展瓶颈,其营销模式、利润来源、价值重心等都将发生质的变化。新保险法实施后,保险公司如何利用此次发展契机,顺利完成结构调整,实现由提供产品到提供服务的转变,回归保险的本性,以服务价值链为中心,重组公司架构,调整利润组成,突破发展瓶颈。本文重点从三方面对保险公司利润重构的背景进行剖析。
