目的 :用生物力学方法对肱骨髁上骨折的治疗进行改进 ,探讨科学的治疗方法。方法 :自 1 987~ 1 997年 ,对 1 3 2例肱骨髁上骨折进行随机分组 ,与传统组比较。改进组病人近折端桡侧楔型截骨 ,双克氏针交叉固定呈纵斜型 ,桡侧重叠缝合肱三头肌断端。结果 :经过随访 ,骨折愈合时间 ,传统组 4 2d ,改进组 3 5 2d。肘关节功能 :改进组优良率 95 6 % ,传统组 72 3 %。肘内翻畸形 :传统组 1 5 5% ,改进组为 0。结论 :生物力学方法治疗 ,使骨折愈合加快 ,肘关节功能恢复更好 ,防止肘内翻 ,是一种科学的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the treatment of supracondylar fractures of humerus with biomechanics and to explore the scientific treatment. Methods: From 1987 to 1997, 132 cases of supracondylar humerus fractures were randomly divided into two groups, compared with the traditional group. The group of improved proximal wedge radial osteotomy osteotomy, double Kirschner wire cross-fixed oblique type, radial overlap suture triceps stump. Results: After follow-up, fracture healing time was 42 days in the traditional group and 35 days in the improved group. Elbow function: improved group 956% excellent rate, the traditional group of 72 3%. Genital varus deformity: the traditional group 15.5%, improved group 0. Conclusion: Biomechanics treatment can accelerate fracture healing, restore elbow function more effectively and prevent elbow varus. It is a scientific method of treatment.
