Although cancer is second only to cardiovascular disease in many countries, the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer have not yet been fully elucidated. Due to the lack of understanding of the various structures and functions of cells, little is known about the information of cells and the mechanism of regulation of tissue differentiation. Therefore, the mechanism of cell canceration is still divergent, and the most popular ones are: “Soma cell mutation” and “aberrant regulation of gene expression” two kinds of theory. The somatic cell mutation theory states that the nature of carcinogenesis is due to chromosomal aberrations or genes in cells under the action of carcinogens.
