食管癌问题是现代肿瘤学重要问题之一。在哈萨克斯坦地区,这个问题特别突出,因在当地人民,食管癌为主要疾患之一。目前对食管癌的治疗采用手术治疗与放射治疗。近几年来,某些学者把这两种治疗与使用抗肿瘤药物相结合,目的在于发挥这些疗法不同的作用机制。但是疗效很不理想。因此我们认为,对改进近期与远期疗效的任何尝试都值得注意。
The problem of esophageal cancer is one of the important issues in modern oncology. In the Kazakhstan region, this problem is particularly prominent because of the local people, and one of the main diseases is esophageal cancer. The current treatment of esophageal cancer uses surgical treatment and radiation therapy. In recent years, some scholars have combined these two treatments with the use of anti-tumor drugs in order to exert different mechanisms of action of these therapies. But the effect is not ideal. Therefore, we believe that any attempt to improve the short- and long-term efficacy is worth noting.
