刚地弓形虫呈全球分布,估计有1/3人口受感染,虽然有免疫力的人一般无症状,但在有免疫缺损患者或孕妇可造成严重后果,速殖子释放引起致命的播散性弓形虫病和/或脑炎,通过胎盘传播导致早产、流产、畸胎。因而极有必要进行疫苗研究,以减轻其危害。本文的研究目的为以人的T淋巴细胞识别刚地弓形虫ROP2蛋白抗原的表位,从而选出候选疫苗。
