目前,由于科学技术的飞速发展,知识总量的激增,新兴学科的不断涌现,使俄罗斯的初等学校面临着一系列十分尖锐和复杂的矛盾:知识量扩充的无限性与教学计划的局限性之间的矛盾,科学知识的一体化与学科性教学的扩大化之间的矛盾,根据个人一活动的观点来安排教学过程与教学必须面向全体学生之间的矛盾,等等。所有这些矛盾已严重阻碍了俄罗斯初等学校的发展。
