上海市冶金建设公司是国家一级施工企业。创建于1959年,原名上海冶金建筑安装大队。是一支名不见经传、设备简陋、技术落后、以修为主的队伍。改革开放以来,公司领导抓住机遇、深化改革、大胆探索、走向市场,在整个“上钢”患了“效益波动症”、利税大起大落的情况下,他们却使企业效益逐年递增、蒸蒸日上,创造出辉煌战果,使企业发生了巨变。
Shanghai Metallurgical Construction Company is a state-level construction enterprise. Founded in 1959, formerly known as Shanghai Metallurgical Building Installation Brigade. It is a team whose name is unknown, equipment is poor, technology is backward, and repair is the mainstay. Since the reform and opening up, corporate leaders have seized the opportunity, deepened reforms, boldly explored, and moved toward the market. Under the condition that the entire “Shanggang” suffers from “fluctuations in profitability” and profits and taxes fluctuate drastically, they have enabled the company’s benefits to increase year by year and flourish.
